An Authentic Experience
Pre heat the oven to 200˚C, boil the water in your steamer if you have one.
Finger Licking Chicken Wings
Place the Chicken wings on a baking tray and into the pre heated oven for 5 minutes, serve hot.
Egg and Wild Leek Filled Pancakes 菜盒子
Heat up a flat base frying pan, add tablespoon of vegetable oil, when the oil is hot, fry the pancakes in the pan for 2 minutes on each side, until it is lightly crisp and golden brown. Serve hot with the spicy chili oil and vinegar dip in tub 1.
Crispy Fried Mushrooms
Place the mushrooms on a baking tray and into the pre heated oven for 6 minutes, then take them out and sprinkle the spices in tub 2 over the mushrooms, mix well and leave to cool down slightly to crisp up. Serve warm.
Stewed Beef with Tomato and Potatoes Chinese Style
Empty the beef dish into a small saucepan, bring it to boil, then turn down the heat and let it simmer with lid on for 6 minutes, add the contents in tub 3 and mix well before turning off the heat and serve with rice.
Guo Bao Meat (Sweet and Sour Pork Slices 锅包肉)
Place the meat on a baking tray and into the pre heated oven for 5 minutes, then take them out to cool slightly. while you are waiting, heat up the sauce in tub 4 in a medium pan. When the sauce is bubbling, add the heated meat pieces into the sauce, then the contents in tub 5, quickly mix well and serve straight away with rice.
Aubergine and Chilli Stir Fry
Heat up a frying pan, add the aubergine and stir around and fry for 3 minutes, so it is heated up evenly. Add the content of tub 6, stir fry for further 2 minutes, it is ready to serve with rice.
Bacon and Green Beans Omelette
Heat up a flat base frying pan, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, add the omelette, fry for 2 minutes on each side, serve hot.
Boiled Jasmine Rice
Steam the rice for 5 minutes or microwave it on full power for 2 minutes. serve hot with the main dishes.
Sago Mango and Coconut Cream (Yang Zhi Gan Lu 杨枝甘露)
Store in fridge and serve cold.
