An Authentic Experience


Pre heat the oven to 200˚C and bring the water in a steamer to boil.


Zong Zi (Sticky Rice Wrap)

Place the Zongzi in the steaming basket with the bamboo leaves wrapping on, steam for 10 minutes, then unwrap them when they are cool enough to handle. You can also unwrap the Zong zi first, then heat them up in a microwave for 2 minutes on full power. Serve with spicy soya sauce in tub 1.


Curry Fried Rice

Heat up a frying pan, add the fried rice, stir around for 2 minutes to make sure all the rice heated up evenly. Add contents of tub 2, mix well and serve warm.


You Po Mian (Hot oil spicy noodles)

In a medium size saucepan, bring 1 litre of water with one tea spoon of salt to boil, add the noodles, stir around to loosen them and prevent them from sticking to each other or the bottom. Once the water is boiling again, add the Pak Choi to boil with the noodles. turn down the heat a little and cook for further 5 minutes. then lift all the noodles and Pak Choi out with a spider ladle and place them into serving bowls. Add sauce in tub 3 then the spices in tub 4 on top. Heat up some sunflower or vegetable oil (one tablespoon for each bowl) in a small frying pan, when the oil stars to smoke, pour it over the noodles, mix well and serve.


Sticky Honey Glazed Cha Shiu (BBQ pork)

Spread out the Cha Shiu on an oven prove plate, place them in the pre heated oven for 5 minutes. serve with the fresh lettuce leaves.


Lemon Chicken

Spread out the chicken on an oven prove plate, place in the pre heated oven for 5 minutes, then add the sauce in tub 5, and herbs in tub 6, mix well and serve warm.


Di San Xian (Three fresh delicacies)

Heat up a frying pan or wok, add the Di San Xian, add 2 table spoon of water, once it is boiling, turn down the heat and let it simmer for 3 minutes, add contents of tub 7, mix well and serve.


Stir Fry Spicy Chilli and Egg

Heat up a frying pan or wok, add the egg and chillies, stir around for 3 minutes to heat up evenly, or in a microwave on full power for 2 minutes, serve warm.


Jasmin Rice

Heat up the rice in a steamer for 5 minutes or microwave on full power for 2 minutes.


Strawberry Chiffon Cake

Store and serve cold.
