An Authentic Experience

Instructions

 

Pre heat the oven to 200˚C, heat up water in a steamer ready for steaming.

 

Zha Jiang Mian (noodles with fried mince)

In a medium saucepan, bring one litre of water with one teaspoon of salt to boil, add the noodles, stir around regularly to stop them from sticking, turn down the heat to medium, and boil for 4 minutes. while waiting, heat up the pork mince in a small pan for 2 minutes or in microwave for 1 minute on full power. Once the noodles are cooked, lift them out into serving bowls with a slotted ladle, add the minced pork and cucumber strips, mix well and serve.

 

Crushed Cucumber Salad

Add dressing in tub 1 about 10 minutes before serving, mix well and leave to marinate. Add the herbs in tub 2, mix well and serve.

 

Fried Wonton

Place the wonton on a baking tray and into the pre heated oven for 5 minutes, or in air fryer for 3 minutes, leave it to cool down slightly before serving. Serve with sweet chili sauce in tub 3.

 

Bang Bang Chicken

Spread out the chicken meat on a baking tray, bake in the pre heated oven for 5 minutes or air fryer for 4 minutes, then mix in the sauce in tub 4, and the herbs in tub 5, serve warm.

 

Twice Cooked Pork

Heat up a frying pan or wok, add the pork and stir around for 2 minutes to heat up evenly. Add the leeks in tub 6, fry for further 3 minute, then serve warm with rice.

 

Stir Fry Aubergine

Heat up a frying pan or wok, add the aubergine, stir around for 2 minutes to heat up evenly, then add the contents of tub 7, fry for one more minute, then serve.

 

Sweet and Sour Tomato and Eggs

Heat up a frying pan or wok, add the tomato and eggs, stir around for 3 minutes to evenly heat up, add the contents of tub 8, mix well and serve.

 

Jasmin Rice

Steam the rice for 5 minutes or microwave on full power for 2 minutes.

 

Sticky Rice in Coconut milk and Mango.

Steam the sticky rice for 5 minutes or in microwave on full power for 1 minute, pour over the coconut sauce in tub 9, and serve warm with the mango on top.
