An Authentic Experience


Pre heat the oven to 200˚C if you ordered fish. Bring the water in a steamer to boil.


Nettle sticky rice cake

Place the rice cakes on a plate and steam for 5 minutes,  then leave to cool for 5 minutes  before serving. They can also be enjoyed at room temperature with chewier texture.


Asparagus Fried Rice

Heat up a wok or frying pan, add the rice, stir around for 3 minutes to heat up evenly. Add the contents in Tub 1, mix well and serve.


Steamed Bao Buns

Place the bao buns in the boiling steamer and steam for 5 minutes, or microwave for 2 minutes. Serve warm.


Sweet and Sour Fish

Place the fish on a baking tray and into the preheated oven for 5 minutes. while waiting, heat up the sweet and sour sauce in tub 2 in a small saucepan until bubbling. When the fish is ready, place them on a serving dish, and pour the sauce all over them, serve immediately.


Yuxiang Tofu

Heat up a pan or wok, add the tofu, stir around gently for 3 minutes to heat up evenly, add the contents of tub 3, mix gently and serve hot.


Sticky Rice Chicken

Place the sticky rice chicken in a large bowl, steam for 10 minutes. you can also heat it up in microwave on full power for 4 minutes. serve with the fresh lettuce leaf, everyone can help themselves using the lettuce leaf to wrap a large mouthful of sticky rice chicken to eat.


Spicy Cauliflower Stir Fry

Heat up a pan or wok, add the cauliflower, stir around for 3 minutes, add the contents of tub 4, mix well and cook for 1 more minute, serve hot.


Jasmine Rice

Microwave for 1 minute in full power for every 2 people portions, or heat in a steamer for 5 minutes.


Mango Cheesecake

Keep the cheesecake in the fridge and serve cold.
