Instructions
Pre heat the oven to 200˚C. Boil the kettle.
Fried Wild Garlic Dumplings
Heat up a frying pan, add one tablespoon of oil, fry the dumpling on medium to high heat for 2 minutes each side, until they are golden and crispy. Serve with sweet and sour dip in tub 1.
Ground Elder Wonton
Heat up a small saucepan, add a litre of boiling water, carefully drop the wonton into the water, using a wooden spoon to push them around to stop them from sticking to the bottom or to each other. Once the water is boiling again, turn down the heat and let it boil gently, when the wonton float to the top, cook for further 3 minutes. lift the wontons with a slotted ladle and put them into serving bowls, add the sauce in tub 2 and serve. Be careful when biting into them, the inside can be very hot.
Emperor’s Salad
Place the Chinese leaves in a salad bowl, pour over the sauce in tub 3, mix well and enjoy.
La Zi Ji Chi (Chilli Chicken Wings)
Place the chicken wings in a baking tray on a rack, in the pre-heated oven for 6 minutes or in air fryer for 5 minutes. In a frying pan, heat up a tablespoon of oil, fry the seasoning in tub 4 for one minute, then add the chicken wings and mix well. Serve hot.
Five Spice Beef and Potatoes
Heat up a frying pan, add the beef and potatoes, bring to boil then turn down the heat to simmer with a lid on for 4 minutes, add the contents in tub 5, serve hot.
Di San Xian (Three Ground Delicacies)
Heat up a frying pan, add the Di San Xian and stir around for 3 minutes until it heated up evenly, add contents of tub 6, cook for further 2 minutes, serve hot.
Ma Yi Shang Shu (Soya mince with glass noodles)
Heat up a frying pan, add the Ma Yi Shang Shu, stir around for 3 minutes so it warms up evenly. Add the contents of tub 7 and serve.
Jasmine Rice
Use a microwave proof bowl, heat in the microwave for 1 minute in full power for every 2 people portions. the rice can also be heated in a steamer for 5 minutes, allow extra 3 minutes for larger portions.
Rhubarb Crumble
Place the crumbles in the preheated oven or air fryer for 5 minutes, serve warm with fresh whipped cream.
