An Authentic Experience

Pre heat oven to 200˚C, bring the water in a steamer to boil.

 

Pickled veg crispy flat bread

Heat up a frying pan, add a teaspoon of cooking oil, fry the bread for 2 minutes each side until they are golden and crispy. 3 minutes in an air fryer will also work well. Serve hot.

 

Veggie Dumplings

Place the dumplings in the already boiling steamer, steam for 5 minutes. serve with sauce in tub 1.

 

 Hot and Sour Rice Noodles

Bring a litre of water to boil in a small saucepan, add the noodles, boil for 5 minutes, then lift all noodles out into serving bowls with a spider ladle. Now add sauce in tub 2 into the noodles, add two ladles of the water the noodles been boiled in. then add herbs and peanuts in tub 3 and serve.

 

Chinese Gunpowder Chicken

Place the Chicken on a baking tray then into the pre-heated oven for 6 minutes, or in an air fryer for 5 minutes. Serve with extra Gunpowder in tub 4 as a dip.

 

Pineapple Beef

Heat up a frying pan or wok, add the beef, stir around for 1 minute, then add the pineapples, mixed them well and cook for further 3 minutes, then add the contents of tub 5 and serve warm.

 

Spicy dry fried fine beans

Heat up a frying pan, then add the beans, stir around for 3 minutes, add one tablespoon of water if needed. Add contents of tub 6, fry for further 30 seconds, serve warm.

 

Sesame Crispy Tofu

Place the tofu on a baking try in the pre heated oven or air fryer for 5 minutes, take them out on to the serving plate. In a small frying pan or microwave, warm up the contents of tub 7, pour over the tofu or serve as a dip.

 

Jasmin Rice

Steam the rice in steamer for 5 minutes or 1 minute in microwave on full power.

 

Strawberry Chiffon Cake

Store and serve cold.
