On our November menu, is uncle Wang's beef. This is a dish very close to my heart.
It is from JiangXi Province, China, where I was born and lived until around 11 years old. This is the taste of my childhood.
Although all the ingredients are simple and easy to get, the way they are put together makes the result exploded with flavour in your mouth, and showcase our beautiful locally sourced beef brilliantly!
