DIY Authentic Chinese

As China is so large and its cooking style, ingredients and taste profile differs from region to region, there are literally thousands of flavouring and sauces in China, but the good news is, for us, who want to add a little interest to our dishes and find more enjoyable ways to cook our usual ingredients, There are certain things we can use and certain way of cooking we can employ to achieve the authentic flavours of Chinese dishes.




A few things you should keep in your pantry for authentic Chinese stir fry:


1, light soya sauce

2, aged vinegar

3, rice wine

4, sesame oil

5, fresh ginger

6, garlic

7, spring onions

8, spicy broad bean paste
